Overall, we help them condition their mind by teaching them the Skills to do well in challenging environments:

•How to stay Calm… that is a skill, therefore it can be taught,

•How to Generate Confidence when they enter challenging environments…. that’s a skill,

•How to Focus; how to Listen; how to be Open… all skills to be learnt.

Faster/better pattern recognition, creative problem solving and the higher executive functions of cognitive performance like:

Football (Soccer) Player Develop.

It produces Intelligent Footballers plus capable team members with leadership qualities.

The components of athletic talent tend to be similar in various team sports. Therefore, the aspects addressed above are very important.

The football component is designed for those who are inspired to improve at a much faster pace and in a more comprehensive way.

 

(NB. We use the FFA (Football Federation Australia) curriculum, but it achieves much MUCH more than a High-Performance Soccer Program.)
