why we do what we do?
We know children need as much help as they can get to prepare them better for their future and we understand the earlier you have a positive effect on their Life-trajectory the bigger the impact.
We are driven by a few things!
- There is a “Forgotten-Average”, they are the “Forgotten Middle”, the ones doing “ok”, the normal ones, it’s the majority of children in sport and education and it’s where massive potential is being wasted.
- We are frustrated by the number of expensive, overpriced programs targeting the Elite or those that can afford them.
- So, we are driven to make these concepts (that are currently being used in peak-performance environments) universally available, by making them easily accessible and minimizing the cost to parents.

From our experience, when we enter a school and first offer our programs, there is good initial interest but shortly after there is a massive wave of children who miss out because we fill quickly and once a child has a placement, they are guaranteed the first option to continue that placement with us in the future. We do implement waiting lists and if it is possible we offer additional sessions but from experience, we can’t usually accommodate all children who want to be part of the program because the limited spaces that are already taken don’t re-open often.
